About Architecture_
Christy is a licensed Architect in Hong Kong. She received her BSc Arch at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and went on to complete postgraduate studies at the University of Hong Kong.
She had been practising in local architecture firms for a total of 4 years until she decided to jump out of her comfort zone and build her own career.
About Food Design_
Christy has always been a passionate baker since she was a little kid. She was inspired further through her education in architecture schools. Creating a dessert could be similar to designing a building, there is a story behind every piece of work, which is delivered through specific lines, forms, materials and last but not least, completed with people.
