Ordering Terms
- No refunds within 14 days before delivery, unless agreed with us.
- No free rescheduling within 7 days before delivery. A 20% administrative fee will be charged for rescheduling if needed.
- If a refund is requested, the buyer is responsible for the transection fee.
- Please collect at scheduled location and time. Orders will be discarded if not picked up on time.
- Collection points do not provide storage services. All orders must be picked up according to the order date, otherwise they will be discarded without further notice.
- Please pay attention to the Minimum order (if any), for any order below the requested quantity, the order will not be accepted and will undergo a refund.
- Confirmation of payment signifies understanding and agreement to the above terms.
- Wedding/ Business order will be referring to other terms and conditions.
- Only one promotion per order is accepted.
- Not applicable to wholesale or already discounted items.
- Please use the promo code before payment, changes cannot be made after payment.
- Only rescheduling or product exchange is allowed, no refunds.
- Full payment is required for promotional prices.
Adverse Weather Arrangements
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled before 10:00 am, customers can choose to reschedule the order for the next working day or discuss delivery time with the store. For the safety of employees, the store reserves the final decision; if the signal is cancelled after 10:00 am, operations will be suspended and orders will be rescheduled for the next working day. No rescheduling is allowed, and a 50% refund can be arranged for adverse weather conditions (excluding handling fees).
